    Hi Emanuely,

    It was also pretty hard for me to realize all of the resources for my business. I think it was interesting to point out your work as a resource. This is something that I didnt think about that sometimes you dont realize the importance of this in many situations. It was also good to see how your personal skills can really help you in your business and be some of your most important resources.

    Hey Emanuely,
    I love the fact that you got straight to the point with your post. As many of these assignments can drag on, you were able to paint the mental picture necessary for your idea to be brought to life. Also, mentioning the fact that you have financial experience, assuming you are capable of handling the books for this idea, would allow you to save money on additional workers. I think your ideas great and would bring diversity to Gainesville.

      Hi Emanuely, I like your traits of working hard and having a good attention to detail. Those are two traits that really well together within building to business. Hard work shows that you are willing to go through harsh conditions and persevere through tough times. Also attention to detail shows that you will have little margin of error since you literally monitor everything. Either way good job on the post.

    I like how you used yourself as one of the resources to make your company stand out. I feel that people will respond very positively to a company that has a lot of passion for what their doing. I also like how you focus on attention to detail and with that you can easily learn from your mistakes since you analyze whatever it is you're doing.

Reading Reflection No. 3

What was the general theme or argument of the book?  Daniel Kahneman's "Thinking, Quick and Slow"  The general point around this book is that you have in mind two mechanisms that continuously battle for decision power.  How did the book, in your opinion, connect with and enhance what you are learning in ENT 3003? This book helped me more financially when learning about the two main mechanisms that conflict with my decision making.  If you had to design an exercise for this class, based on the book you read, what would that exercise involve? The exercise would have many problems that students would have to solve thinking fast. What was your biggest surprise or aha moment when reading the book? In other words, what did you learn that differed most from your expectations? Just learning to not overthink too much.

An unmet need that I found was the lack of international food in Gainesville, Florida. Gainesville is a college town where a lot of international people come to study or even just to leave there, but unfortunately, Gainesville does not provide them with food from their country. Gainesville also does not have anywhere where they can buy food to cook. There is not a specific type of customer. The customers will be from all over the world, so I cannot imagine only one type. What I have in common with the customers is that I am from another country and I live in Gainesville, I have the same need.
