Step 1:
The next step would be to try out the product.
Step 2:
I talked to three customers about the product, and they all said that the best thing to do now is to make the idea public.
Step 3:
Based on the customer's feedback that I have received from the customers, the idea will be successful. I see my venture as something that will keep on rising over time. I say this in the way it grows bigger and bigger, at one point possibly even internationally.

I was targeting mostly international people, but having people from the United States there would be a great idea as well.

The idea would give other people the opportunity to try different types of food.
Step 3:
I interviewed two people that have the same need, and they said that social media would be the best way to advertise the project.

I learned that targeting different customers can be good sometimes. I was shocked to see all the good that could come from bringing this venture to an unexperienced crowd while I was thinking and learning about this new market. I think that this will be nice and a very fascinating part of my opportunity here.

ReplyDeleteIt was interesting that you discovered that your next step would be to discover more of your market and do this by social media marketing. I think that it would also be interesting to create a specific niche in your market. This could potentially be done by discovering something that could be super unique to your business like the specific model that could make it a unique experience in more than one aspect for the customer. Overall, it was interesting to see that you realized the benefits that opening the market can be!

As professor does ask for very specific and particular requirements from each assignment, the ability to track each portion of the assignment via the title and subtitles allows me to properly assess each of your blog posts. I believe with the current demographic state of Gainesville, Step 4 is the most important step in this process. Understanding that presumably, the majority of the customers who will choose to dine at this international student will be of international descent. Attracting the natives to this international foodcourt would expand the market value of this hopeful international cuisine food court.

ReplyDeleteI agree with most of the steps in your new market plan. I feel as if the food will sell itself and people will come around easy for this stuff. The only important thing to do now is just execute and go ahead with the process. The faster you are able to go through with this the faster the new market will come. Great post.

ReplyDeleteI like how you are not only focused on the present problem of opening up the business, but are also focused on the future and see your company continuing to expand. I feel that targeting not only international students and students from the U.S will be very valuable. This could open up native students to trying different food and they may react well to the food and become a regular customer.
