I am offering to everyone who likes food from other countries and international people that have the need for having international restaurants in Gainesville, Florida. Why do you care? An unmet need that I found was the lack of international food in Gainesville, Florida. Gainesville is a college town where a lot of international people come to study or even just to leave there, but unfortunately, Gainesville does not provide them with food from their country. Gainesville also does not have anywhere where they can buy food to cook. There is not a specific type of customer. The customers will be from all over the world, so I cannot imagine only one type. What I have in common with the customers is that I am from another country and I live in Gainesville, I have the same need.

What's Your Secret Sauce?

1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique. What is it about you, exactly, that makes you different? Write this up in a detailed list. I think that I have great communication skills, time management, a strong work ethic, always prepare for whatever comes, and down for anything. I personally think that everything that I mentioned I learned from playing sports. I always had to have all those to be successful in sports. 2) Interview the five people who know you the best. Ask them what they think makes you different -- remember, focus on your knowledge, skills, abilities, emotions -- in other words, your human capital. Try to stay away from discussing your other types of capital (such as who you know). Record each interview. In your post, please post each interview, as well as a two-three sentence summary of each interview, explaining what your key takeaways are. There is no time limit on these recordings. As long as you cover the information a...

Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

Interviews: I interviewed three students from UF. Begin with alternative evaluation: according to these students, the main factor would be the location of the restaurant. All three students do not have a car or have someone that would drive to another city only to eat international food. Also, cost is an important factor. Most of them will not spend a lot of money just to eat international food, they would prefer to buy food and cook it if the restaurant is too expensive. The quality of food also matters. That is a thing that matters to everyone, no one likes to pay to eat something that is not good. How/where do they buy: They are most likely to go to the restaurant to eat it. International restaurants usually do not deliver, so the only way to eat is by going to the place. Post-purchase evaluation: The thing that matters the most for these students is if the purchase was worth it. They do not care if they pay a little too much, what matters was if the money that they spent was ...
